Located in the Upper Midwest, Orange City is centrally positioned within the country. Either coast can be reached within 24 hours via U.S. Interstates 80 and 90. U.S. Interstates 29 and 35 both provide convenient northern and southern access to Canada and Mexico. A central time zone from which either coast may be dealt with during times closer to normal operating hours is another added benefit.
Sioux County is a non-metropolitan county in northwest Iowa. The county is composed of 14 incorporated communities that represent 72% of the county’s 32,525 population. In 2000, population density equaled 41.1 persons per mile. The county consists of 767 square miles.
