The Sales Associate will:
Greet and assist customers; recommend jewelry and care options
Build customer relationships and follow up
Handle sales transactions and support store operations
Maintain visual displays, restock inventory, and assist with merchandising
Help with social media content, in-store events, promotions, and community outreach

Requirements:
Retail or sales experience preferred (jewelry experience a plus)
Excellent communication and customer service skills

Ability to learn product knowledge
Reliable, punctual, and flexible availability (evenings, weekends, holidays)
Comfortable in a fast-paced, multitasking environment
